I'm really impressed with how iCloud seamlessly expands on my computers data storage capablities. I have muliple Macs, all with rather limited storage (512GB) and they just appear on all Macs but also on my iPad and iPhone. In total, I use about 1.2TB of storage, with the majority only on iCloud. But I can search all of them, they appear in my folders and the only hint that some files are in the cloud is that some files take longer to open.
